2017 2* LB Zach Banks (MA): Banks is the 5th best prospect from the state of Massachusettes, an area that seems to be producing more and more division one talent each year. With interest starting to pick up, Banks took the opportunity on Saturday to check out Syracuse.
"I really enjoyed my visit today, it was nice. The staff is a good group."
Once again, it appears as if the coaches stole the show on the visit.
"Just being able to meet the coaches and speak with them. Meeting Coach Ward and hearing him say he likes my size and aggressiveness with my length."
For Banks, this visit seems to be one of many that he will be taking to Syracuse this spring and summer.
"For sure I will be camping this summer and probably coming back up for a spring practice as well."
Overall, the visit really impressed Banks and he started to envision himself in the Orange defense and playing for Syracuse.
"It made me really comfortable with the new staff and gave me a greater idea of what the teams about. I could also see myself in the middle of their 4-3 defense like Coach Ward said."
