Agreed. Sounds like they're having realistic conversations with him about their future. Every coach has it when they arrive. Dino got rid of half of Shafer's guys when he got here 8 years ago.

I'm guessing he's trying to free up scholarships for the transfer portal as well. High school recruiting isn't the best path to quickly remaking a team.
