Is anyone else still having a problem with the "Clear" button freezing the screen when you try to clear the "new" labels on the threads? The customer service people treat me like an idiot because I'm the only member who has reported the problem. I know that last week, or the week before, several people were having the same problem.
I filled out a help message and called the number for customer service. It takes you to Yahoo customer service. They screwed around with me, saying it was a problem with my computer. When I told them the problem was on my computer, my tablet, and two other computers that I used, they said that I'd have to go to Rivals customer service where I went through the same dog and pony show (but more polite).
Today, I was able to clear ok on this site, but when I go to the Rutgers, Pitt, etc. sites and try to clear the "new", it freezes up.
By the way, Scout uses the name clear system and their site works fine. It makes me wonder why I subscribe to both.
