See good things being said about Riggins at the all star challenge. I was told 2017 CJ Turner had a off day but look for him to be one of the most dynamic players in the NE despite his height. Riggins will also carry the ball alot for his team who will be the best team in the state and will go undefeated if they stay healthy. Hey maybe Riggins can get an upgrade now.
