Syracuse offers three-star Chicagoland WR

Just spoke with Oak Lawn (Ill.) Richards three-star 2015 WR Spencer Tears and Syracuse came through with an offer for him tonight. A former Nebraska commitment, he said Syracuse is definitely looking good for one of his official visits. I'll have a full story out in the morning, but wanted to drop that note here quick.
