As you may have seen, Florida-based WR Josh Palmer has broken his pledge to Syracuse and is currently visiting Tennessee.
It turns out, he wasn't going to de-commit from Syracuse before his trip but the staff told him they would be forced to drop him if he visited UT. I'm told Palmer considered this and de-committed.
